Business Policy

Our initial consultations are always free of charge.  After meeting with you we will send you an estimate for our services. 

To book our services, a 50% deposit will be required.  This deposit is non-refundable but does go towards your final bill. 

Should you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit may be credited towards future services at the sole discretion and approval of Eventful, Inc. within one year. 

Should we be unable to perform due to reasons beyond our control (weather, extreme injury or illness) you are entitled to reasonable explanation and 50% of the deposit amount.  Cancellations of any other reason will not be offered a refund.
