Planning & Coordination

Soiree Package

This package is for pre-event planning services. Event day oversight is not included but can be added on.

From the time you book our services, we will work with you on all aspects of planning your event that you require assistance with. This includes:

  • Worksheets for you to use when contacting vendors
  • Vendor research and referrals
  • Assistance with decor
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Facilitating payments to vendors
  • Development of timeline
  • Attending meetings, site visits, etc.
  • Point of Contact Sheet for your use at the event

Celebration Package

This package is for event day oversight only.

From one month prior to your event date, we will work with you to confirm all vendors, review contracts, develop the timeline and finalize all details. On the day of the event, we will:

  • Oversee setup at location
  • Manage timeline of the event
  • Serve as main point of contact for guests & vendors
  • Distribute final payments to vendors, as needed
  • Oversee break down/clean up at location, if necessary
  • Ensure gifts are secure and collected/packaged accordingly to be taken home

VIP Package

This package offers complete planning services for all of your event needs. This includes:

  • Unlimited meetings, emails and phone calls
  • Research of locations and/or vendors with current availability, pricing & samples provided
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Facilitating payments to vendors
  • Shopping for goods/supplies on your behalf, as needed
  • Attending meetings, site visits, etc.
  • Event day oversight, including rehearsal for weddings (Celebration Package)

In 2009, we introduced our new Stress Reliever Services to accommodate our more budget conscious clients. These “mini” packages were designed to offer the same types of services as our full packages but on a smaller scale.

Get you There/Going to the Chapel

Half Day Coordination Package (up to 5 hours) to assist you on the day of the event with the “staging” period until the official start time of the event.
For weddings, this is usually the time frame from hair & makeup to the ceremony.

Affair to Remember

Up to 5 hours of timeline management during the actual event. This package does not include any set up or coordination prior to the official start time of the event.
For weddings, this is usually coordination for the reception only.

Grand Central Station

This is designed for those who have a trusted person to coordinate the event but would like an industry professional to be on hand to serve as a liaison between vendors and between you and the vendors.

Warm Welcomes

Don’t have anyone to man your sign in table? Don’t worry! We can do it for you! We will also track and secure gifts and envelopes in a safe place prior to leaving.

The Suite Life

Honeymoon suite décor based on budget and personality. This makes an excellent surprise for your new husband/wife or a great gift for the new Mr. & Mrs.
