How do I get more information about your services?

I don't see prices for your service packages. What do you charge?
We will quote you an estimate after discussing your individual needs with you. We base our quotes on estimated time that will need to be spent for your event. As you'll see on our Planning & Coordination page, we can customize our services if a particular package does not fit your needs. Our most popular packages range from $1500 to $2500.
Specialty services' and Concierge prices are all determined on what you select for your event. Favors and gift baskets will be charged according to budget and supply costs. Concierge and invitation services will be charged based on estimated hours of work to be performed.
Where are you located?
Eventful does not currently have a business office. We will gladly meet with you at a convenient location for your consultations. We also do a lot of our work via phone and email and are happy to host a virtual consultation with you.
Do you always refer the same vendors?
No. We do have vendors that we feel confident in based on our previous experience with them. However, we will try to refer the best vendors for your individual needs.
We strongly believe that not all vendors will work well for all clients. After meeting you, we will refer you to those vendors that we feel will mesh the best with your personality and budget.
Do you have references?
Yes. You can view some of the comments from our satisfied clients in our Thank You Gallery. We can also provide references upon request.
Why did you merge Dreams Unlimited with Eventful?
Dreams Unlimited specialized in weddings and has been in the industry for over 15 years. After acquiring the company in 2007 we realized that it would be more beneficial and efficient for our clients to come to one place for all of their needs. Also, because we get repeat clients, it was easier to work with them under one company name rather than divide their events.
I’ve seen you listed as a Preferred Vendor as a Florist? Do you do flowers?
We used to provide floral services. However, it took too much time away from our coordination services and I felt that our coordination clients did not get the attention they deserved. Therefore, we stopped our floral services in 2009. Although vendors have been notified, some still have not changed our listing on their Preferred Vendors lists. We apologize for any confusion.
Do you get discounts with other vendors?
Unfortunately, we do not offer discounted services performed by other vendors through our coordination packages. Our Heavenly Concierge customers, however, are eligible to receive special rates from other venues and activities based on availability.
Do you offer any discounts on your services?
Yes, we do offer some discounts:
