BUSINESS POLICY
Our initial consultations are always free of charge. After meeting with you we will send you an estimate for our services.
To book our services, a 25% deposit will be required. This deposit is non-refundable but does go towards your final bill.
Should you choose to cancel our services for any reason, you will be entitled to use your deposit towards any service we offer within one year of the cancellation date.
Should we be unable to perform due to reasons beyond our control (weather, extreme injury or illness) you are entitled to reasonable explanation and 50% of the deposit amount. Cancellations of any other reason will not be offered a refund.
