Celebration Package
This package is for event day oversight only.
- Oversight of set up at location
- Manage timeline of the event
- Serve as main point of contact for guests & vendors
- Distribute final payments to vendors, as needed
- Oversight of break down/clean up at location, if necessary
- Ensure gifts are secure and collected/packaged accordingly to be taken home
- This package also includes oversight of rehearsal for weddings
Soiree Package
This package is for pre-event planning services. Event day oversight is not included but can be added on.
- Worksheets for you to use when contacting vendors
- Lists of possible vendors and their contact information for you to contact
- Review contracts
- Facilitate payments to vendors
- Agreed upon number of meetings, emails and phone calls based on level of assistance needed
Upgrades are available if more in-depth services are needed
VIP Package
This package offers complete planning services including:
- Unlimited meetings, emails and phone calls
- Research of locations and/or vendors with current availability, pricing & samples provided
- Review contracts
- Facilitate payments to vendors
- Shopping for goods/supplies on your behalf, as needed
- Event day oversight, including rehearsal for weddings (Celebration Package)
